Are there any limits? And what if I hit my limits?
The €60 plan has a limit of 1M tokens. The €120 plan has a limit of 2.5M tokens. And the €365 plan has a limit of 10M tokens. However, 1M tokens equals +732.000 words. These limits are quite high and unlikely to be reached by most users. Rest assured that token limiations hould not be a concern.
In the rare case you would hit your limits the chatbot stops working untill the montly renewal, or you could buy extra tokens via your dashboard.
Can I get an invoice?
We use Lemon Squeezy for secure online payments and invoicing. You can enter your VAT number at checkout.

Because our service is subscription-based, you can only pay with credit cards. Amazon Pay and Google Pay are also supported by Lemon Squeezy.
